Abstract
A field experiment was conducted in fall season, 2009 at a private field in Ramadi to study the effect of spraying three potato cultivars burin, luzita and orla classA with the organic nutrient Org-306 at concentration of 2.5 m1 / L in three treatments without spray, one and twice spray. Factors were arranged wihhin split plot design with three replicates. Results showed a significant superiority of burin in plant height 61.3cm, total yield 30.3 ton.ha-1 and marketable yield 28.1 ton.ha-1. whereas, orla was significantly the best in dry matter percent , tuber starch , leaf potassium percent 19.1 , 13 and 1.5% , respectively . One spray with the organic nutrient was significantly superior in total and marketable yields 28.8 and 27.1 ton.ha-1 , respectively. Whereas the twice spray treatment was the best in average plant height and leaf potassium percent 55.5cm and 1.5% , respectively . the interaction between cultivars and nutrient spray treatment had no effect on traits under study.
