Study of effects of some vital elements in the growth of Saccharomyces cervisiae through fed-batch

AbstractIn S. cervisiae industry there are no main or secondary factors that have effect on growth process, but all the factors (the composition of the nutritive environment ,pH , temperature , PO2 ,…)affect the activity of the living matter and its mass.
The target of this scientific research is the studying of cervisiaemultiplication on local molasses by applying fed-butch due to its features in different conditions , by adding nutritive materials like malt extraction and vitamins B6 and H in different standards. The best results were obtained when adding (0.8g B6 + 20ml H + 10g malt extraction ) with beginning (1.5 liter) from molasses.
