Effect of Exudation Surface drip and Partial rote zoon drying irrigation on some waters parameters for tomato crop

AbstractThe first field experiment was conducted using this kind of earthenwares during the spring season of 2010 at Al-Sufia district –Ramadi on clay loam soil ،classified as typic torrifluvent to study the effect of exudation، surface drip and partial root zone drying irrigation method on some waters factors، this study aim to knowledge water discharge of tomato crop too، under this environments ،this experiment was conducted with three replicates in (RCBD)design، Genstat program was used to counting analysis. The obtain results can be summarized as follow:
1-Decrease of water content with stage age of growth for the three irrigation style and methods .
2- Exudation irrigation method caused increase in values rate of saturated hydraulic conductivity but it is no significant which reached 6.80 cm.hr-1 while it was 6.67 cm.hr-1 in SDI and PRD. This method lead to maximal irrigation and water use efficiency with decrease of water consumptive use for this crop which is became 431 mm compared with 535 mm for SDI and PRD .
3-There are no significant deferent effects between for this irrigation style and methods on infiltration factors.
4- The crop coefficient of tomato at exudation irrigation which reached at first time was (0.78،0.82 and0.49)for vegetative growth stage ،(flowering and fruit set stage) and maturity stage respectively .
5- The results showed that style and methods irrigation have significant effect on values rate of water use efficiency which reached (17.35,18.49 and 20.33 ) kg.m-3 for SDI, PRD and exudation irrigation treatments respectively .
