Abstract

This study was conducted at the poultry farm Animal Resources Department
collage of Agriculture University of Al-Anbar from 3/12/2011 to 20/1/2012 .The aim of
this study was to investigate the effect of different rearing systems and the addition of
local probiotic on performance broiler.324 unsexed day old chicks (Ross 308) were
randomly distributed for three systems(wire floor , floor , cages) each system contained
three treatment First treatment inculcation of Probiotic capsules with 3 replicate (36
chicks /treatment) the chicks gave 400mg/chick probiotic in the crop twice a week till
seventh week of experiment Second treatment Fed capsule with 3 replicates (36
chicks/treatment)the chicks gave 400mlg/chick feed in the crop twice a week till the
seventh week of experiment ,Third treatment Control treatment with 3 replicates
(36chicks/treatment)the chicks not give capsulate. 
The results showed The floor system gave significant superiority difference
(P≤0.05) in some production performance. Significant difference(P≤0.05)in production
performance for probiotic treatment compared with other treatment .The interaction
between the floor system and probiotic capsule gave significant difference (P≤0.05) in
some production performance .
