Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate the undercover cultivation in the province of Anbar by the opinions of agronomists working in the agricultural sector in the province, and (44) agricultural engineers whom are responsible for the management of undercover cultivation have been chosen. The study showed the mechanism for distributing plastic houses in the province and their numbers which the study indicates that it is still a very small proportion to the number of farmers who are in the province. The study also, showed that the views of the researched were divided at the top between the two classes account of the large and very large factors for soil and the characteristics site of location of the plastic houses. it also made clear that the views of researched in the application of farmers to agricultural operations recommended in the undercover cultivation was good except in some of the processes has been the level of application is low, such as preventive control, paper fertilization and heat sterilization, which may be among the causes of lack of farmers' knowledge of these techniques have shown the study of support to farmers and the lack of agricultural policy and marketing problems and the lack of experience in the field of administration are more problems of the protected farm and concluded, inter of recommendations that the research was from behind, placed in front of those concerned for the development of undercover cultivation in the province.
