Study of Pb effect on the occurrence of earth worm Lumbricus terrestris and Histolytical change

Abstract
The president study is appeared effect of lead pb, on earthworm Lumbricus terrestris, under laboratory conditions, that during found lethal concentration for half the number, the result show 5000ppm conceded that the lethal concentration for half the number after two week from treatment, study show the presence of some appearance changes such as convulsion jerks and sudden spasms all over the worms body, in addition to ulcers and knots on the body of the worm after the appearance of mucus in its body and aching of the color of its body there was an opposite relationship between the different concentration and the time required to paralyze the worm. The study also included the effects of pb on the tissues as epidermis and the under layers (muscular layers).the result demonstrated that there is a decrease in the cells dimension and appearance of the empty spaces inside them as a result of the emergence of mucus materials on the body surface and break up the under layers as muscular tissue, all that the changes was positive relationship with force the concentration.- Article View: 42
