Four isolates of probiotics used to enhance innate immunity . three of these probiotics were local isolates, which is Lactobacillus plantarum ,Lactobacillus acidophilus , Lactobacillus casei spp para casei diagnosed by API 50 .and the fourth one was a standard strain of Lactobacillus rhamnosus .GG .. The immuuological effect of the selected isolates were studied by some immunological tastes. The effect of Probiotic on the phagocytosis activity against Candida albicance .the result showed significan differences among the treatments. The isolate Lb.plantarum and the strain L.GG showed the highest ratio 71.54, 72.30, 72.52 and 70.76% while b.plantarum 70.04 and 70.05% showed 72.49 and 73.82 compared with their treatments.
The effect of Probiotic on the concentration of complement C3 and C4 the result showed significantly differences among the treatments. The isolate Lb.plantarum and Lb.acidophillus gave the highest ratio in the concentration of C3 256.33 mg 100 ml-1 and 242.80 mg 100 ml-1 respectively, while the concentration of C4 for Lb.acidophillus showed the highest concentration 54.50 mg 100 ml-1 and L.GG was 51.30 mg 100 ml-1.
