الملخص
اجريت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة الحالة الصحية للطيور من خلال دراسة الأعضاء الداخلية وبعض صفات الذبيحة باستخدام نظام الزيادة التدريجية في شدة الاضاءة لدى افراخ فروج اللحم استخدم في هذه الدراسة 224 فرخ فروج لحم Ross 308بعمر يوم واحد، وزعت الافراخ عشوائيا على 4 معاملات بواقع 4 مكررات لكل معاملة (14 فرخ/ مكرر). وتضمنت المعاملات ما يأتي T1 برنامج الاضاءة حسب الدليل لشركة 308 ROSS (معاملة السيطرة). T2 برنامج الاضاءة حسب الدليل وزيادة تدريجية لشدة الإضاءة وبواقع تدريجي للضوء كل 20 دقيقة. T3 برنامج الاضاءة حسب الدليل وزيادة تدريجية لشدة الإضاءة وبواقع تدريجي للضوء كل 40 دقيقة. T4 برنامج الاضاءة حسب الدليل وزيادة تدريجية لشدة الإضاءة وبواقع تدريجي للضوء كل 60 دقيقة. تم دراسة كل من صفات الذبيحة والاحشاء الداخلية لطيور التجربة واظهرت النتائج وجود ارتفاع معنوي في نسبة التصافي لجميع طيور معاملات التجربة مقارنة مع معاملة السيطرة، كما لوحظ ارتفاع معنوي في الوزن النسبي للاثنا عشري للمعاملة الرابعة مقارنة مع المعاملة الثالثة والثانية دون فرق معنوي مع معاملة السيطرة. اما الوزن النسبي للطحال فقد لوحظ تفوقه معنويا في المعاملة الرابعة والثانية مقارنة مع معاملة السيطرة. ولم تظهر باقي الصفات أي فروق معنوية بين المعاملات المختلفة الصدر، الظهر، الفخذ، عصا الطبال، دهن البطن، الأجنحة، الأرجل، القلب، الكبد، المعدة الغدية، البنكرياس، جراب فابريشيا، الصفراء، الصائم، اللفائفي، الأعورين ممتلئ، الأعورين فارغ. وبذلك نستنتج ان لشدة الاضاءة إثر ايجابي في رفع النسبة المئوية للتصافي في الذبيحة للطيور المعرضة للتدريج في شدة الاضاءة.
