الملخص
اجريت هذه الدراسة الهدف لمعرفة تأثير اضافة هرمون الميلاتونين بجرعتين مختلفتين ومستخلص الشنان الى الاسفنجات المهبلية موضعيا على الاداء التناسلي للنعاج العراقية المحلية. تم استعمال 20 نعجة محلية تراوحت اعمارها من 4-2.5 سنوات، والوزن بمعدل 47كغم. عوملت جميع النعاج بالإسفنجات المهبلية ولمدة 14 يوما، وقسمت النعاج عشوائيا الى أربع مجاميع (5 نعاج لكل معاملة)، T1) 20mg) هرمون الميلاتونين، (T2) 30mg هرمون الميلاتونين، (T3) مستخلص الشنان بتركيز (3g)، حيث تم اضافة المعاملات الى الاسفنجات وذلك عن طريق عمل فتحة في الاسفنجة باستخدام المشرط الجراحي، وتركت (T4) دون معاملة وعدت معاملة سيطرة، حقنت جميع النعاج بهرمون eCG بجرعة 500 وحدة دولية في العضل بعد سحب الاسفنجات، سفدت نعاج التجربة عن طريق ادخال الكباش واستمر وجودها لمدة 3 ايام.
اظهرت معاملات التجربة عدم وجود فروق معنوية بين المعاملات في مدة الحمل والمدة من سحب الاسفنجة الى ظهور الشبق. لكنها اثرت معنويا في كمية السوائل المهبلية للمعاملات مقارنة مع مجموعة السيطرة اذ سجلت فرقا معنويا بمقدار(P<0.05). وتفوقت معاملات التجربة في نسبة ظهور الشبق وسجلت %100 مقارنة بمجموعة السيطرة التي سجلت %80 ونسبة الحمل اذ سجلت المعاملة الاولى %100 والمعاملة الثانية %80 والمعاملة الثالثة %80 مقارنة مع مجموعة السيطرة التي سجلت %60، ونسبة الاخصاب التي سجلت النسب التالية المجموعة الاولى %100 والمجموعة الثانية %80 والمجموعة الثالثة %80 مقارنة مع مجموعة السيطرة التي سجلت %75 اما بالنسبة لنسبة التوائم والولادة ونسبة التفويت فقد تفوقت المعاملة الاولى والثالثة على المعاملة الثانية ومجموعة السيطرة نستنتج من هذه الدراسة ان وضع هرمون الميلاتونين بتركيز 20 ملغم و30 ملغم ومستخلص الشنان بتركيز 3 غم في الاسفنجات المهبلية موضعيا لم يؤثر على امتصاص الهرمون من الاسفنجة وانما عمل على تحسين صفات الاسفنجات المهبلية في المجاميع الثلاث المعاملة وتحسين بيئة الرحم في المجموعة التي تمت معاملتها بمستخلص الشنان اضافة الى منع تجمع السوائل حول الاسفنجة وحدوث الالتهابات لاحتواء هذه المادة على مركبات فعالة تمنع او تحد من نمو الاحياء المجهرية المسببة للالتهابات المهبلية مثل الفينولات والصابونيات في مستخلص الشنان اما هرمون الميلاتونين فانه يعمل على رفع المناعة من خلال زيادة الاجسام المناعية في الجسم, فضلا عن تحسين الاداء التناسلي للنعاج العراقية المحلية.
