الملخص
يهدف البحث الى التقصّي عن أهم نتائج الصدمات الاقتصادية التي تعرض لها العراق في العقود الماضية عن طريق بعض المؤشرات الزراعية مع مستويات التشغيل في القطاع الزراعي وهي (الأجور الزراعية، الاستثمار الزراعي، الناتج الزراعي والمكننة الزراعية). ولقد اعتمد البحث لمعالجة الإشكالية المطروحة خلال المدة الزمنية 1998 – 2019 استخدام منهجية تقوم على أداة مهمة في الدراسات الاقتصادية في الوقت الحاضر، وهي تحليل أنموذج متجه الانحدار الذاتي الهيكلي SVAR وما يتبعه من تحليل تجزئة التباين الهيكلي واستجابة النبضة الهيكلية، وذلك للتقصي عن أهم الصدمات التي تعرض لها الاقتصاد وتأثير ذلك على تطور المؤشرات وتأثرها بهذه الصدمات فيما بينها، وتوصل البحث الى نتائج عدة بهذا الخصوص، منها أن أهم وأقوى صدمة متغير ساهمت في تباين متغير التشغيل الزراعي هو متغير الأجور الزراعية (الصدمة الأولى)، إذ بلغت نسبة تأثير الصدمة في تباين متغير التشغيل مقدار 82% في السنة الأولى وتراجعت ببطء لتصل الى 69.7% عند نهاية المدة وهذا يعني أهمية الزيادة في الأجور في تحفيز عرض العمل وبالتالي التشغيل في القطاع الزراعي، وان لهذا المتغير تأثير دائمي وقوي في المدى البعيد.
