الملخص
أجریت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة تأثیر ألأحماض العضویة البنزویک (BA) والسالسیلک (SA) والأوکزالیک (OA) وراشح مزرعة الفطر Trichoderma harzianum فی نمو الفطر Alternaria alternate ودورها فی تحفیز مقاومة نبات الطماطة ضد الاصابة بالفطر بطریقة رش النباتات قبل تلقیحها بسبورات الفطر (کأجراء وقائی) او بعده (کاجراء علاجی) بالترکیز 103× 5 خلیة/ مل اذ ثبط راشح الفطر T. harzianum بعد مدة حضن 10 أیام وبکفاءة تثبیطیة عالیة لأقطار نمو مستعمرة الفطر Alternaria spp مختبریا وبعد 7 أیام فی الحاضنة معدلا بلغ 21.67 ملم بالمقارنة مع معاملة السیطرة التی أعطت معدل قطر بلغ 50 ملم، وبلغت نسبة تثبیط الفطر A.alternata فی تجربة التضاد مع الفطر T. harzianum22. 84%. اما بخصوص فاعلیة الاحماض العضویة فقد أعطت تثبیطا عالیا لنمو الفطر A.solani بلغ 100% فی الاوساط المختبریة لمدة 7 أیام فی الحاضنة عند الترکیز9 ملی مول لحامض البنزویک وترکیز 12 ملی مول لکل من السالسیلک والاوکزالیک کما بینت نتائج رش النباتات بالأحماض العضویة وراشح مزارع الفطر Trichoderma sppقبل التلقیح بالفطرAlternaria spp ارتفاع شدة الإصابة بدلالة زیادة عدد البقع ومساحتها فی معاملة السیطرة التی تضمنت تلقیح نباتات طماطة بسبورات الفطر Alternaria spp الى 3.14 بقعة ورقة-1 للعدد و7.69 ملم² للمساحة فی حین انخفضت شدة الأصابة المعاملة بالرش بالأحماض العضویة وراشح مزارع الفطر T. harzianum قبل التلقیح بالفطر Alternaria spp لیبلغ معدل عدد بقع بلغ 0.96 و1.00 و1.27 و0.50 بقعة/ ورقة ومعدل مساحة بلغ (2.47 و2.61 و3.17 و00 .1) ملم² لکل من البنزویک ترکیز 9 ملیمول والسالسیلک والاوکزالیک ترکیز 12 ملی مول وراشح T. harzianum بعمر 10 أیام على الترتیب کما تبین علاقة موعد الرش قبل او بعد التلقیح بالفطر A.solani بفاعلیة الأحماض العضویة او راشح الفطر T.harzianum والتی تفوقت وبمعدل عدد بقع اقل أذ سجلت 1.23 بقعة/ ورقة وبین معاملة التلقیح بالفطر الممرض قبل الرش بالمواد سابقة الذکر والتی سجلت معدل عدد بقع 1.52 بقعة/ ورقة. وهذا یشیر إلى أن هناک عاملا أستحث فی نباتات الطماطمة عند رشها بالأحماض العضویة او براشح الفطر T. harzianum قد أوقف المسبب المرضی عن النمو وتطور أعراض الإصابة.
