الملخص
نفذت تجارب مختبریة للتنبؤ بدلیل تصلب التربة (H-index ) اعتماداً على منحنى الوصف الرطوبی للتربة وعلاقته بدرجة رص التربة (DC%Degree of Soil Compactness,) التی تمثل النسبة بین الکثافة الظاهریة الطبیعیة (〖BD〗_natural) والکثافة الظاهریة الحرجة (reference bulk density〖(BD〗_(ref.)) لسبع نماذج من التربة ذات محتوى مختلف من الجبس (62-443) غم کغم-1. حضرت نماذج تربة ذات محتوى جبسی (G2) 106 و (G3) 153 و (G4) 202 و (G5) 245 و (G6) 337 غم کغم-1عن طریق الخلط بین نموذج تربة سطحیة ذو محتوى جبسی (G1) 62 غم کغم-1 ونموذج تربة تحت ذو محتوى جبسی (G7) 443 غم کغم-1.قدر منحنى الوصف الرطوبی لکل نموذج من نماذج التربة عند الشدود 0 و5 و 15 و33 و 100 و 500 و 700 و 1000 و 1500 کیلوباسکال بعد رص نماذج التربة الجبسیة الى الکثافات 1.2 و1.4 و1.6 و1.8 میکاغرام م-3 حسب دلیل تصلب التربة (H-index) باستعمال معادلة van Genuchten-Mualem وبتطبیق برنامج RETC. بینت النتائج ارتباط دلیل تصلب التربة (H-index) مع محتوى التربة من الجبس بعلاقة لوغاریتمیة سالبة إذ ادت زیادة نسبة الجبس فی التربة الى خفض قیم دلیل تصلب التربة، وارتبطت الکثافة الظاهریة بعلاقة موجبة متعددة الحدود مع دلیل تصلب التربة (H-index) إذ ازدادت قیم دلیل تصلب التربة بزیادة الکثافة الظاهریة وارتبطت درجة الرص(DC%) بعلاقة خطیة موجبة مع دلیل تصلب التربة (H-index) لکل نموذج من نماذج التربة الجبسیة.
