الملخص
تکمن أهمیة الدراسة الى الحصول على تعریف شامل لحبوب اللقاح التی یجمعها نحل العسل من النباتات وما لها من أهمیة غذائیة من خلال إحتوائها على البروتینات والأحماض الأمینیة الأساسیة والکربوهیدرات والدهون والأحماض الدهنیة والانزیمات والفیتامینات والمعادن والفینولات والفلافونیدلت والصبغات والستیرولات، ولأهمیتها العلاجیة فان لها العدید من الاستعمالات کونها منتج نشط حیویا استفاد منها الانسان فی مجالات عدیدة کونها تحتوی على مواد مضادة للأکسدة وأخرى مضادة للجراثیم، فهی أدخلت فی التطبیقات الغذائیة والطبیة والصیدلانیة ومستلزمات التجمیل، هدفت العدید من الدراسات التی تناولت حبوب اللقاح حول العالم الى تحدید مکوناتها ودراسة التفاوت فیما بینها، وفقًا للتفاوت فی المنطقة، النوع النباتی، المناخ، المواسم وأنواع النحل، کما تناولتها من النواحی الغذائیة والعلاجیة ومن خلال إدخالها ضمن المنتجات التی لها علاقة بمواد التجمیل. وبذلک تم تلخیص بعض الدراسات المرتبطة بها فی هذه المراجعة.
